"What is a guy from Leicester, a Swedish girl, a family father and a gay couple doing on a deserted island between Denmark and Sweden?", Middelgrundsfortet, Denmark, 1997
Five artists were invited to stay on a small island between Copenhagen and Malmö for one week each during the month of August 1997. While there, they did site specific and/or performance-related work that included the visitors. The island was once a military fortress and nothing appears to have happened there for several years. However, it has become an easy place to get to for tourists.
